The customer service is horrible. The wiring is hanging out in view. The lights don't work in the room. The tub gets stopped up and it is hard to go out. The front desk help is horrible. I would not advise anyone to stay here. The microwave didn't work and didn't have a cord. The price was ridiculous. I have stayed at Econo Lodge in other states and the service was excellent.

The Hotel was in renovation, without my knowing and WiFi was open sourced, making it unsecured. The shower knob was missing so had to take a bath or body wash instead!! Ice machines were inoperable, had to go downstairs to get management to fill the bucket. Only good was the Bed being very comfortable and room was satisfactory.

While the rooms were mostly clean, and the bed was comfortable, the hotel was undergoing a construction project. The breakfast room was closed, the ice machine did not work and there was at no time during my 3 nights there anyone at the desk. There was a phone number posted to call to check in or with any questions. Did not feel the safest in the area with the main door unlocked but no one in the lobby area, it took 5 to 10 minutes after calling for someone to come down to check me in.

The stay experience was horrible from the customer service to the appearance of the inside and outside. The people was very rude. The some of the stuff in the rooms didn’t work. It just was horrible experience.

Property seemed to be in the middle of an upgrade. Hopefully. Wires were hanging down everywhere, elevator had holes in it, also had wires exposed. Our room the bed and linen was clean but the doors had holes in them. The chair in the room had many unnecessary stains. When checking in the staff were arguing about the correct way to bill me for an damage we may cause during our stay. It was very unprofessional.

NO BUGS. Which is a super important feature of low cost motel rooms. Property was clean and tidy. Things you should know:
NO MAID SERVICE.Just ask for tp, towels or coffee
NO BREAKFAST. Plenty of places walkable, tho
Room was clean and quiet, except one night, and the desk help did ask them to turn it down.
Phone in room was broken, had to walk down to complain. Twice.
Over all, a positive experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, and competent. I will be returning here in the future if I have need of a place to stay in Louisville
